Common building amenity spaces are on the south side of the first floor with the enclosed surface parking garage behind accessed from the alley. A separate drive from ramp accesses the lower level garage.  Five floors of 17 residential units each totaling 85 units are provided on floors 2-6. There is also a rooftop deck for use by residents. The unit types for the project consists of smaller one bedroom units intended for housing for nearby hospital and university staff as well as some students.
