Schematic Design, Material Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, Consultant Coordination.  Designer for TI commercial space (TILT pinball bar).

This 5 story mixed use building has 70 apartments on levels 2 through 5 and amenity spaces on the roof and level 1.  Two commercial spaces are on the first level, along with slab on grade interior parking.  One project goal was to develop single occupant apartments for students of MCAD and still keep rental costs low.  The majority of the apartments are about 500 sf and have the comforts of larger apartments.  This unit prototype has since been used for multiple projects with the same client.
